Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not accept or fulfill international orders, and we do not offer store pickup or local delivery.

Processing time

Orders are expected to be processed and shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time are treated as received on the next business day.

Estimated USPS transit time

After an order ships, USPS transit time is generally estimated at 2–6 business days for the continental United States and 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. These are estimates only and do not include the 1–4 business-day processing period.

Shipping rates and taxes

For merchandise totals from $0.01 to $80.00, standard shipping is $5.00. For orders above $80.00, any applicable rate will be shown at checkout before payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination; taxes are not represented as included in the listed product price unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking and delays

We ship with USPS. After dispatch, a tracking number is sent by email and is also available in your customer account order details. Delivery may be delayed by holidays, weather, carrier operations, or supply-chain issues. We will provide updates when we receive material information. For a package that appears lost or is seriously damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date.
